Vertically integrated production system will be realized.
High Quality and Stable Supply
High quality in all processes
Nichibi.Inc has always pursued "Quality First" as its corporate objective. Through our "vertically integrated production system," the Nichibi Group is engaged in activities to enhance quality in all processes, including development, molecular design, resin synthesis, pigment kneading, blending, filling, and packaging, as well as production and service.
At the same time, we have also achieved outstanding traceability, ensuring that our customers can use our products with peace of mind.
Security of Supply
We will fulfill our responsibility to supply through the collective efforts of the Group.
Nichibi Inc. is committed to fulfilling its responsibility to supply the required products by quickly identifying changing regulations and market conditions around the world. With a vertically integrated production system centered on integrated production, we manage the manufacturing process in-house, making us less susceptible to external influences than general gel nail manufacturing companies.
We also have a BCM (Business Continuity Management) system in place to ensure a stable supply to our customers by holding safe inventory in the event of a disaster, securing alternative manufacturing facilities, and backing up our production bases.
All production sites are diagnosed based on risk verification and continue to strengthen their BCM systems.
Backup system for factory operations in the event of a disaster, etc.
The manufacturing industry faces a variety of risks, including natural disasters caused by recent climate change, supply chain problems due to unrest in the situation, supply disruptions of raw materials due to explosions and other accidents, plant closures due to new coronavirus infections overseas, and shutdowns due to power shortages.
Nichibi.Inc has taken effective measures based on risk assessment to fulfill its responsibility to provide a stable supply of products to users even in an emergency, assuming all eventualities.
In the unlikely event that our own facilities and equipment become inoperable, we will promptly switch production equipment related to synthesis, such as reactors, to consignment production with our backup synthesis contractors to ensure uninterrupted and continuous production and fulfill our company-wide responsibility for supply.
Raw Material Field
In anticipation of difficulties in obtaining raw materials due to disasters or unstable conditions, we always keep a half-year inventory in our own hazardous materials warehouse to prevent a shortage of raw materials. In addition, we also store raw materials in an external hazardous materials warehouse in preparation for disasters and unexpected situations.
Even in the unlikely event of a shutdown, each site is licensed to manufacture cosmetics and has its own production facilities of the same manufacturer to ensure that products of the same quality can be manufactured. We have a sufficient number of replacement machines to minimize the impact on production in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
In addition, we will conduct multifaceted risk assessments in the areas of human resources, intellectual property, and management to build a stable management foundation even in times of emergency.
