Please feel free to contact us by phone or email. A representative will contact you with information for a meeting. In addition to our Japanese staff, we have several foreign staff members who can speak English, Chinese, Cantonese. You can appoint the staff member most suitable for you.

Appointment
We will listen to your concept and image for branding, and propose recommended products to build a gel nail system that meets your objectives. We will arrange a meeting with you in a way that is convenient for you, video conference, or in person. We can also consult with you after signing a memorandum of confidentiality agreement, so you can consult with us with peace of mind. Based on the information we receive at the meeting, we will provide you with a sample of the product that matches your needs.

Trademark Searches
Please check to see if your brand name or product name trademark you plan to use for your brand is available, and if not, please register your trademark as soon as possible. If you are already using the trademark of your choice, we can file a trademark application with the Japan Patent Office to speed up the process. If you wish, we can refer you to a patent attorney firm that is well versed in trademark registration.

Sample prototyping and evaluation
We will listen to your evaluation of the product sample we proposed and create a prototype sample to bring it closer to your requirements. In some cases, adjustments are made several times until the customer is satisfied.

Determination of Container Specifications
For the few types of containers we have in stock, immediate delivery is possible. For original containers, it takes at least 4 months from coloring, proofreading, and container order to delivery. If you are in a hurry to commercialize your product, we recommend that you proceed with the evaluation of sample 3 and determine the specifications of the container at the same time.
Original containers that perfectly match the brand theme colors can be ordered in quantities of 3,000. We can also apply coloring, matte coating, or pearlizing, and hot stamping or silk printing of your logo for a luxurious feel.

Examination of Packaging Specifications
Once gel nail polish specifications are determined, we design and print product names, ingredient list stickers, package stickers, etc. We offer on-demand printing with a minimum quantity of 20 sheets, which is very popular with our customers, and offset printing in economical lots of 1,000 sheets or more. We can also provide small-scale printing services in economical lots of 1,000 or more.

Promotion
After all specifications have been determined, we will prepare for product photography, production of promotional products, and website. We can also take care of photography by professional photographers, website design, and e-commerce site development. Our tasteful web designers, who are fluent in japanese, english, and chinese, will facilitate effective promotion.

Administrative Procedure
In order to distribute a product that has been approved for sale in the market, a cosmetics sales notification by a business operator who has obtained a cosmetics manufacturing and sales license is required. If you do not have a cosmetics manufacturing and sales license, we will take care of the procedures for you, so you do not need to obtain the license or certification yourself.

Delivery of Products and Start of Distribution
We will deliver the finished product ordered under the conditions you specify.
After-Sales Service
At Nichibi, our business does not end with the delivery of products. For both the manufacturer and us, this is the starting line, and the opinions and contacts from the manufacturer are important to us. For example, if a manufacturer wants to sell our products overseas once their business in Japan is on track, Nichibi can propose an overseas sales strategy based on our extensive export experience. We would like to further enrich our possibilities with our customers.
Gel nails are subject to restrictions under cosmetics regulations because of the use of chemical raw materials, and each time this happens, advanced technical capabilities and responsiveness to technological changes are required. For example, hema has recently been completely banned under EU cosmetics regulations, but we have succeeded in synthesizing a completely hema-free polyurethane that does not have hema in its backbone, and we have immediately succeeded in synthesizing polyurethane that complies with the regulations. We have also succeeded in synthesizing a completely hema-free polyurethane that is not skeletal.
Nichibi is a chemical manufacturer that "synthesizes" and manufactures polyurethane raw materials from starting materials, which is technically quite different from the "composition" manufacturing process that simply blends polyurethane and monomers from ready-made products. Since this synthesis technology greatly affects the performance and safety of gel nail polish, we invests a great deal of profit in research and development of synthesized polyurethane raw materials that are unique, highly functional, and safe to use.
