Polyurethane Raw Materials
X - POLYMER Prepolymer
X-Polymer, which was created through Nichibi's polymer synthesis research by gathering infinite wisdom and advanced chemical technology, was researched for use on the human body and developed with maximum emphasis on the performance required for gel nail polish, including safety, low irritation and high transparency. A line-up of cutting-edge urethane acrylate oligomers of urethane grade for cosmetic formulations, which greatly improve the performance specifications of gel nails, is available for different applications.
Features of the X - POLYMER α Series
This prepolymer series is ideal as a base material for clear gels, where high transparency is required, as it has the highest clarity without yellowing. Excellent balance of functional groups and very good compatibility with other resins. A highly functional prepolymer series with outstanding temperature and viscosity stability, as well as low toxicity and low irritation.

Number of functional groups: 2
Features: A prepolymer with relatively high curing properties and a well-balanced softness that combines moderate stiffness and flexibility. It has good acetone swelling properties and is recommended for use in products that require short-term solubility.
X - POLYMER α117
Functional group: acrylic group
Number of functional groups: 2
Features: A Structure with high hardenability and excellent balance between flexibility and rigidity, which makes it resistant to cracking and breakage. The structure has a terminal acrylic base.
X - POLYMER α118
Functional group: acrylic group
Number of functional groups: 2
Features: A Prepolymer recommended for formulation in products where high strength is required, such as topcoats and builders. It combines high hardness after curing with flexible performance, which prevents cracking and provides very good durability against loads such as cracking, despite its high hardness. It has a structure with a terminal methacrylic group.
X - POLYMER α119
Functional group: acrylic group
Functional group: 9
Features: A polyurethane with high reactivity and a high number of functional groups for high hardness. It is an easy-to-use polyurethane when strength is required.
*This product is a raw material for polyurethane, which is the main raw material for UV-curing resins. As this product is the main raw material, it is sold to companies with chemical knowledge, who are required to dilute the monomers, photoinitiators and other ingredients to make the necessary adjustments. Please note that this product is not sold to amateurs or individuals.
*Laboratory reactors can be produced in small quantities of up to 200 kg and can be flexibly adapted to small production quantities. The mass-production reactors can be mass-produced up to 1000 kg per synthesis, so that even large volumes production can be produced quickly and in a short time. The delivery time after receiving an order is approximately one month. Please contact the Chemicals Division for prices and conditions.
