R&D CENTER
THE R&D CENTER IS SUPERVISED BY A PH.D. IN ENGINEERING AND IS MAINLY ENGAGED IN THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF URETHANE ACRYLATE OLIGOMERS. CHEMICAL STRUCTURE ANALYSIS, MOLECULAR DESIGN, AND LAB-LEVEL SYNTHESIS OF OLIGOMERS USING SCIENTIFIC ANALYZERS ARE PERFORMED AT THIS R&D CENTER. GCMS, FT-IR, AND OTHER ANALYTICAL EQUIPMENT CAN ALSO BE USED TO IDENTIFY THE COMPONENTS CONTAINED IN GEL NAIL POLISH, AND THE TOXICITY AND SAFETY OF SPECIMENS CAN ALSO BE TESTED.
Composite Room
Scale-up from the laboratory to mass production is achieved using our own synthesis equipment. The main raw material for gel nail polish is polyurethane (urethane acrylate oligomer), which is chemically synthesized using this reactor. All polyurethane (urethane acrylate oligomer) synthesized in a clean environment suitable for the production of cosmetic raw materials is registered as an inci name by the personal care products council (PCPC) of the united states and manufactured in-house as a cosmetic raw material. Gel nail products made from cosmetic raw materials can be easily exported to many countries as cosmetics.
Clear Gel Manufacturing Room
Contamination-free clear gel is manufactured in a dedicated clear gel production room. In the production of clear gel using a large industrial planetary agitator/deaerator, mixing and de-aerating are completed simultaneously in approximately 5 minutes. For the production of 10 kg to 100 kg, clear gel is produced using a small stirring kettle.
Color Gel Manufacturing Room
The Color Gel Production Room specializes in the production of color gels that do not contain glitters. Color gel production using an industrial planetary agitator/deaerator completes the agitation and de-aerating process of 2 kg of color gel simultaneously in about 5 minutes. We realize overwhelming speed and high quality manufacturing that responds to the business needs of our valued customers in a timely manner.
Glitter Gel Manufacturing Room
To ensure that glitters is not mixed in with any other products, the production of color gels using lame is conducted at a separate site, in a completely isolated and safe location. Our glitters color gel production staff is dedicated to this task, and we ensure that there are no personnel crossings or traffic between them and production staff in other departments. We have an overwhelming repertoire of over 1,000 types of glitters, holograms, pearls, magnetic powders, etc. to meet any request from our customers. Color Matching Center
Color gels requested by customers are mixed at this color matching center. Seven color mixing technicians not only mix colors according to the customer's requests, but also precisely adjust the viscosity, brush glide, and other aspects of the application process. The color matching system using a spectrophotometer can detect minute differences that cannot be detected by the human eye and quantify the color difference. We also use a light source inspection system that can visually inspect various light sources used in printing plants to achieve precise color matching.
Filling Room
In the important manufacturing process where gel nail polish becomes a product, we focus on hygiene measures and carefully fill and finish your product. All filling is done by machine to ensure accurate weight filling. In addition, each bulk lot is filled using new tanks that have been cleaned, so there is never any concern about color mixing or glitters contamination. We are fully equipped with multiple mechanical filling machines, servo type filling, etc.
Packing Room
Labeling and shrink wrapping of containers is done in this packaging room. This is the final finishing work and is very important because it is the face of the product. In a brightly lit environment, the exterior of the product is strictly inspected to ensure that there are no scratches or defects.
Warehouse / Storage Room
We store materials and seals for containers received from customers at the proper temperature and humidity. We keep an inventory of fluid containers and materials free of charge, so that even in urgent cases where the delivery date is urgent, we can smoothly fill the containers from the materials we have on hand and deliver them promptly.
